Dinner Buffet

Cost: Members and guests, $35 per person. The Chapter will pay for the red & white wine served with the dinner and for the gratuity.

Buffet Menu: The Gallatin Dinner. Carved prime rib with mushroom au jus; poached salmon; chicken breast with champagne beurre blanc; roasted red potatoes; seasonal vegetable medley; mixed field green salad with garlic croutons; pasta salad; freshly brewed coffee and teas.

No Host Bar during the dinner and silent auction.

Reservations: Make reservations now by calling 1-406.587.4561. Mention that the rooms are reserved for the Special Forces Association to get the best rate.
Cost: $77 plus tax if reserved by Sept 4 which is our special rate $$, cut off date.
